1. Applicability

1.1. These Bonus Terms remain effective until a new version is published and accepted by the user. Any significant changes to the bonus and rewards scheme conditions will be communicated in advance and will only take effect after you have confirmed your acceptance of the updated terms.

1.2. All bonus campaigns and promotions are governed by our General Terms & Conditions, these Bonus Terms & Conditions, and the specific terms applicable to each individual offer provided at the time it is made available (together, the “Terms”). In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between these documents, the specific terms of the individual promotion shall take precedence.

2. Account and Eligibility

2.1. Bonuses and free spins are limited to one per person, household, address, account, device, email address, phone number, payment method, and IP address. Any duplicate accounts will be closed. In such cases, the deposit balance will be returned to the player (subject to standard regulatory obligations), and any winnings obtained as a result of this breach will be confiscated.

2.2. We reserve the right to offer specific bonuses to individual customers or selected groups of customers.

2.3. We reserve the right to tailor bonuses based on the user’s country of residence. You acknowledge that you are only eligible to receive bonuses that are applicable to your country of residence and, where specified, your chosen deposit method.

2.4. Bonuses are exclusively available to players who receive an offer via email, SMS, phone, an on-site message, or by redeeming them directly on the website.

2.5. We reserve the right to cancel or modify a bonus offer without providing further justification. Any such changes will not affect any customer who has already enrolled in the promotion, made a deposit in anticipation of the bonus, opted into the promotion, or started playing under the promotion terms prior to the change being communicated. This does not apply where the change is necessary to prevent fraud or other similar unlawful activities.

3. Bonus Balance

3.1. When you claim a deposit bonus, your deposited funds, combined with the bonus funds, will form a “bonus balance.”

3.2. The bonus balance is locked and cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements are met, the bonus funds are lost, the bonus validity period expires, or you choose to forfeit the bonus.

3.3. All bets placed while you have an active bonus will be deducted from your bonus balance. Your deposited funds will be used first, followed by the bonus funds.

3.4. Any winnings generated from bets placed using your bonus balance will be added to your bonus funds.

4. Wagering Requirements

4.1. Wagering requirements apply before you can withdraw bonus funds or any winnings derived from them. The specific requirements vary per bonus and will be displayed at the time you claim the offer.

4.2. As noted above, deposited funds are always used before bonus funds.

4.3. Risk-free wagers on any games do not contribute to meeting the wagering requirements.

4.4. If you request a withdrawal before fulfilling the wagering requirements, the bonus amount and any winnings generated from it will be forfeited.

4.5. Wagering requirements per bonus type are as follows:

• Deposit Bonus: Requires wagering 40x the bonus amount, unless otherwise specified.
• Welcome Bonus: Requires wagering 30x the sum of the deposit and bonus amounts.
• Free Spin Bonuses: Winnings from free spins are subject to wagering 45x the bonus amount.

4.6. Your bonus balance will be automatically converted to real money as soon as the wagering requirements are met.

4.7. Local wagering requirements may apply in certain jurisdictions. If so, this will be clearly stated alongside the offer.

5. Game Contribution to Wagering

5.1. Different game types contribute differently towards wagering requirements. Unless otherwise specified, the standard contributions are:

7. Bet & Winnings Limits

7.1. The maximum permitted wager when playing with bonus funds is €5 / $5 / £5 / 50 SEK / 50 NOK / ₹500 per bet (or the equivalent in other currencies) until all wagering requirements are met. This limit includes double-up wagers placed after a game round has finished, as well as the purchase of in-game bonus features (e.g., in games like White Rabbit).

7.2. Exceeding this bet limit may result in the voiding of all winnings and wagers from the bonus period.

7.3. Winnings derived from no-deposit bonuses or free spins are capped at €100 (or currency equivalent), unless otherwise stated. Withdrawal requests for amounts exceeding this cap will not be processed, and any excess winnings may be confiscated.

8. Expiration and Forfeiture

8.1. Unless otherwise specified, bonuses must be used within six (6) months from the date they are credited. Individual campaigns or promotions may have shorter expiry periods, which will be clearly communicated at the time of the offer.

8.2. Free spins awarded as part of campaigns must be used within three (3) days, unless otherwise stated.

8.3. Upon expiration of the bonus period, any unused bonuses or bonuses with unmet wagering requirements will be forfeited. Any remaining deposited funds within the bonus balance will be returned to your main account.

9. Spirit Points

9.1. Spirit Points (“SP”) are earned through gameplay at NYSpins and can often be exchanged for various “spells.” Spells are typically a type of bonus. SP are credited to your account in real-time as you play and can be redeemed for any spell of your choice, provided you have a sufficient SP balance. Your SP balance will expire and reset to zero after 7 consecutive days without making a deposit.

10. Deposit Bonuses

10.1. A deposit bonus is a promotion where, upon depositing real money, you receive an additional bonus balance.

10.2. The minimum deposit required to claim a deposit bonus is €20 (or currency equivalent), unless otherwise specified in the terms of a particular promotion.

10.3. If the wagering requirement (as per clause 4.5) is not met within thirty (30) days of receiving the bonus, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

11. Free Spins

11.1. Free spin bonuses grant players a specified number of spins on selected slot games.

11.2. Any winnings generated from free spins will be forfeited seven (7) days after the bonus is credited if the wagering requirements have not been met by that time.

12. Cashback

12.1. We may offer you Weekly Cashback every Friday, crediting 10% of your previous week’s net spend back to your gaming account as real money. This cashback is yours to use as you wish, with no wagering requirements attached.

12.2. Cashback is calculated based on your net spend from the previous week (Friday 00:00 to Thursday 23:59 UTC). Net spend is defined as: Bets – Wins – Rewards.

12.3. The minimum cashback amount you can receive each week is £0.1 / €0.1 / $0.1 / 1 NOK. All games contribute to this calculation.

12.4. This offer is available to all players who are not in breach of any of our Terms and Conditions.

13. Bonus Abuse

13.1. Our offers are intended for recreational players. Any form of abuse, fraud, misuse of bonuses, or engagement in prohibited playing styles (as outlined in clause 13.3) will lead to the cancellation of offers, exclusion from future promotions, forfeiture of all related funds, and potential account closure. Furthermore, we reserve the right to levy an administrative fee equal to the deposit amount used to claim the bonus in cases where the bonus terms have been breached.

13.2. Activities that may be deemed as abuse include, but are not limited to:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses.
• Manipulating software, exploiting loopholes, or engaging in other forms of technical abuse or deliberate cheating.
• Exceeding the maximum allowable bet limit.
• Masking your IP address using a VPN, bogon IPs, reserved IPs, experimental IPs, or similar technologies.
• Evidence of a series of contradictory bets placed by a customer or group within the same betting market, with the aim of securing profits regardless of the outcome (e.g., arbitrage or low-risk betting), or any other type of abusive play.
• Collusion with other players.
• Any other breach of these Terms and Conditions.

13.3. Prohibited types or patterns of play include:

• Manipulating bonus offers to create risk-free or low-risk bets to guarantee profits.
• Coordinated activity between multiple players, such as placing large bets on high-variance games and then switching to low-variance games with smaller bets after a significant win, with the intent of unfairly meeting wagering requirements.
• Storing or accumulating in-game value during an active bonus period to redeem or utilise it after the bonus wagering is complete.
